It is nearly 20 years since Marc Jacob's grunge collection, the one that got him fired from Perry Ellis, which consequently turned him into the icon he is today! This Fall designers such as Alexander Wang, Junya Watanabe, Theyskens' Theory are once again turning to this effortlessly cool street style - but my favorite has to be Altuzarra's collection who was inspired by old pictures of Kate Moss wearing parkas over her John Galliano bias-cut gowns and accompanied by her favorite accessory Johnny Depp! Altuzarra collection is outer -wear focused, loose and soft, with beautiful trimmed fur parka's and tailored tweed trenches layered over sheer slip-dresses. Like previous seasons Joseph Altuzarra looked to his muse Vannessa Traina & stylist Melaine Huynh for inspiration in his fall collection - their looks are so stylish and wearable, and have me super excited for fall!
